Meet your instructors:
Margaret Crowley has been teaching mediators since 2010 and has instructed hundreds of students from around the world. Margaret has instructed the 40-Hour Basic Mediation training course thirty times, including for the National Judicial College and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Melissa Mangiaracina has been instructing mediators across the United States and in Canada for over a decade. Melissa has instructed 40-hour basic mediation courses for the EEOC and has been selected to teach the Basic Civil Mediation class for the Arkansas ADR Commission in 2024.
