Mediation is becoming more and more common, with courts increasingly sending matters to mediation and litigants seeking alternatives to the traditional courtroom setting. In this course, MTC founders, Melissa Mangiaracina and Margaret Crowley, introduce attorneys to the world of mediation. This course will help attorneys: 

•  understand the mediation process;
• select the best mediator for each particular case; and
• prepare clients for the best possible outcome.
