No matter what the conflict, the common denominator is people. Conflict often triggers a stress response in parties to a mediation. Mediators must be equipped to effectively deal with the emotions and reactions that arise during the mediation process.
This course applies neuroscience and social neuroscience to the mediation process, with an emphasis on techniques to help parties stay focused.
